Sylvia Muñoz Schnopp is the most qualified to serve as a Camarillo City Councilmember, having served three-terms as a Port Hueneme City Councilmember that was first elected in 2008. - Signed cooperative agreement with Oxnard Harbor District to halt lawsuits, establish new revenue-sharing agreements and additional years
